Choose a test
Each test runs on its own page: press Start, follow the instructions, then read the result with its values and criteria.
Mouse test
Check double clicks, wheel direction, buttons and polling rate.
Monitor test
Look for stuck pixels and backlight bleed on full-screen colors, and see your refresh rate.
Microphone test
Check that sound comes in and is not so loud that it is cut off.
Webcam test
Check that the camera opens, frames arrive and the frame rate is high enough.
Speaker test
Check that the left and right sides each play sound and are not swapped.
Gamepad test
Check that a stick you let go of rests in the centre (drift) and that no button fails to respond.
Touch test
Rub the screen to find cells that do not respond and see how many touches are recognised at once.
Good to know
- Results are reference measurements calculated from the signals your browser receives. They do not confirm whether a device is faulty or what caused a problem.
- What can be measured depends on your browser and operating system. Some keys (such as Fn) send no signal, and values the browser cannot provide are shown as not measurable.
- Tests that use the microphone or camera ask for permission only after you press Start, and stop when you stop, leave the page or switch tabs.
- For an exchange or repair, follow the seller’s or manufacturer’s rules. A measurement here is not proof for a warranty claim.
